对比了线圈端部用聚酯纤维玻璃纤维交织带(简称交织带)和热收缩薄膜交织布绝缘保护带(简称热收缩保护带)的各种性能,测试了不同工艺包扎的线圈的可靠性.结果表明:用聚酯热收缩保护带可以有效提高线圈端部的挂漆量,进而提高电机线圈的电气性能、力学性能和防潮性能,增强线圈的耐候性,适用于海上风力发电机等对防潮性能有较高要求的电机.

Various performance tests on flexible tape(made of polyester fiber-glass) and heat shrinkable protective tape(made of heat shrinkable film flexible fiber) used for electric generator coil end were com-pared, and the reliability of the coils wrapped by different procedures was tested. The results show that the heat shrinkable protective tape can increase the varnish amount on the coil end, and improve the elec-trical and mechanical properties, moisture-proof property and weatherability of the coil, which can be ap-plied to the offshore wind turbine generator with high requirements for moisture-proof property.
