采用ABAQUS有限元软件对鞍钢ASP1700热轧带钢在层流冷却过程中的热应力变化进行了数值模拟,分析了带钢在层流冷却中板形变化的趋势.分析结果表明,带钢边部存在的温降导致带钢中间受拉应力,边部受压应力,带钢平坦度有向着边浪发展的趋势,与生产中观测到的结果一致.以所得结论为依据,提出了微中浪轧制的板形控制策略,以补偿热轧带钢层流冷却过程对带钢平坦度带来的影响,并在鞍钢ASP1700热轧生产线上应用,通过对带钢冷却前后板形状况的跟踪观测,发现微中浪轧制板形补偿控制策略效果非常明显.
