以粉煤灰为主要原料,制备了性能良好的矿物聚合材料,可代替部分硅酸盐水泥制品.本文以制品的抗压强度为指标,系统地讨论了各种因素对制品性能的影响,结果表明:当粉煤灰掺量为85%,氢氧化钠用量占液相质量的40%,硅酸钠模数为3.5,固液质量比为2.0,养护温度为90℃(烘箱养护)时,制品的抗压强度最高.另外,对粉煤灰进行磨细加工有利于提高制品的性能,且随粉煤灰比表面积的增加,其抗压强度也在增加;而采用蒸养和水泥标准养护时,都具有一对应的最佳养护期.实验结果为进一步研究矿物聚合材料的反应机理奠定了良好的基础.
