研究了温度及碳源气体对无金属催化化学气相沉积制备球形碳的影响,用高分辨透射电镜(HRTEM)、扫描电镜(SEM)以及X射线衍射(XRD)对实验结果进行表征.研究表明,温度和碳源气体对球形碳的粒径、均匀性以及分散性有着重要的影响.当以甲烷为碳源,在1200℃下制备球形碳时,所得碳球的粒径均匀,且分散性较好.此外,还对无金属催化化学气相沉积的生长机理进行了讨论.
