本文针对前期优化得到的适合于冰浆浓缩的旋液分离器阻力特性进行研究。首先通过实验得到空气柱存在时不同旋流器结构下阻力特性数随雷诺数的变化曲线,结果表明溢流管直径减小或溢流管插入深度增大都将使得阻力特性数增大。并对某一旋流器结构下空气柱存在与不存在时的阻力特性曲线进行比较,结果表明空气柱的存在也将增大旋流器的阻力特性数。最后通过数值模拟,得到旋液式冰浆浓缩器内部压力场分布规律。
The resistance characteristic of the hydrocyclones,which has the optimal structure for the ice slurry concentration obtained from the earlier research,was studied in this paper.First the graphs describing the resistance characteristic numbers of different hydrocyclone structures as a function of the Reynoid number were obtained by experiments.All the hydrocyclones had an air core existent inside.The results showed that by reducing the overflow orifice diameter or by increasing the overflow orifice insertion depth,the resistance characteristic number could be increased.Besides,the graphs describing the resistance characteristic of certain hydrocyclone structure with an air core and without air core were compared,which showed that the resistance characteristic number could be increased if operated with an air core existent inside.Finally,the pressure distribution inside the hydrocyclone was obtained by numerical simulation.
