利用自行研制的真空低温等离子体设备对聚四氟乙烯(Teflon)薄膜材料进行表面处理,并对等离子体处理后Teflon之间粘接性能作了研究,找到了一些实用的工艺;采用静态接触角、SEM和XPS对等离子体处理前后Teflon的表面接触角、时效性、微观结构及表面成分的改变进行了分析.实验结果显示,其表面接触角随处理时间的变化存在一个最佳值,随着处理时间的进一步增加,其亲水性又开始变差.
