以硝酸钴和硝酸钙为原料,氢氧化钠为沉淀剂,利用化学共沉淀法制备Ca_2Co_2O_5粉体.采用TG-DSC、XRD、SEM和激光粒度分析仪(LPSA)等测试方法对粉体热分解过程,样品的物相、形貌和粒度分布进行表征.结果表明:在pH=13.2时制备的共沉淀粉,在750 ℃煅烧2 h后可获得单相层状的Ca_2Co_2O_5粉体,颗粒尺寸分布均匀,粒度在几百个纳米范围内.
A coprecipitation method was applied to synthesize Ca_2Co_2O_5 powders using calcium and cobalt nitrates as raw materials and sodium hydroxide as the precipitator. The pyrolytic decomposition mechanism of the powders and formation process of Ca_2Co_2O_5 were investigated by TG-DSC, XRD, SEM and LPSA. The results show that Ca_2Co_2O_5 powders with uniform particle size distribution can be prepared after the powder sare calcined at 750 ℃ for 2 h by controlling pH=13.2 and the particle size is in the range of hundreds of nano- meter.
