采用粉末冶金法制备不同Ti3SiC2含量的铜镍基复合材料,用X线衍射仪、维氏显微硬度计、ML-10摩擦磨损机、扫描电镜测试样品的物相、显微硬度、磨损性、表面形貌。结果表明:随Ti3SiC2含量的增加试样的晶格常数逐渐减小,样品的硬度逐渐增大;试样的耐磨性随Ti3SiC2含量的增加先增大后减小,Ti3SiC2的质量分数为8%的样品具有最好耐磨性;在润滑油下试样的磨损机制主要为磨粒磨损。
Copper-nickel-based composite materials with different Ti3SiC2 content were synthesized by powder metallurgy. The phase,micro-hardness,wear and surface morphology were tested by X-ray diffractometer,Vickers micro-hardness tester,ML-10 type wear testing machine,scanning electron microscope,respectively. The results show that with the increase of Ti3SiC2 content,the lattice constant decreases and hardness increases. The wear resistance first increases and then decreases as the Ti3SiC2 content increases. The sample with mass fraction 8%of Ti3SiC2 has the best wear resistance. The main wear mechanism of sample under oil lubrication is abrasive wear.
