为弄清TiO_2薄膜对金属的保护作用,在1 mol/L的H_2SO_4溶液中,室温下,分别采用100,130,150 V直流电压对纯钛片阳极氧化制备TiO_2薄膜,采用扫描电镜(SEM)和X射线衍射仪对TiO_2薄膜的组织形貌和晶型进行了分析,测量了TiO_2薄膜在模拟海水中紫外光照的时间-电极电位、极化曲线、交流阻抗谱和与45号钢的耦合电流.结果表明:氧化电压为150 V时,所制备的TiO_2薄膜对45号钢在模拟海水中的腐蚀具有较好的光阴极保护作用.
TiO_2 films were prepared on Ti alloy substrate by using anodic oxidation in sulfuric acid solutions (1 mol/L) under different voltages (100, 130 V and 150 V) at room temperature.The micrnstrncture and crystal structure of the oxide films were analyzed by means of scanning electron microscopy and X-ray diffraction. At the same time, the time-potential curves, polarization curves, alternating current impedance spectra and coupling current with 45 steel of the TiO_2 films in simulated seawater under ultraviolet illumination were measured. Results show that the anodic TiO_2 film prepared at a potential of 150 V has a smaller coupling current with the mild steel in artificial seawater, showing good cathodic protection effect under ultraviolet illumination.
