采用机械合金化法制备了两相颗粒极细的Cu-20Cr与Cu-40Cr合金,研究其在700-800℃0.1MPa纯氧气中的氧化。MACu-40Cr合金24h氧化后均形成了连续的Cr2O3层,这主要由于两相颗粒的细化,加快了Cr颗粒的溶解,缩短了Cr的扩散距离,从而有效地促进CrO3层的形成。
The oxidation behavior of Cu-Cr alloys with Cr concentrations 20%(mass) (MACu-20Cr) and 40% (MACu-40Cr) was studied in 0.1 MPa O2 at 700-800℃.The Cu-Cr alloys were prepared by mechanical alloying, presenting a much smaller particle size of phases. Both MA Cu-20Cr of MACu-40Cr formed a continuos Cr2O3 layer.The result is connected with the fact that the smaller Cr-rich particles dissolve more rapidly ,have short diffusion distance between Cr-rich phase particles,and can provide a faster supply of Cr to the external Cr2O3 scales with respect to larger particles.
