采用提拉法涂膜,以正硅酸乙酯、乙醇等为原料制备了二氧化硅减反溶胶.溶胶在陈化4天后超声振荡,其薄膜透过率增量可达4.75%.溶胶放置30天镀膜后增透效果仍超过4%.未经超声振荡处理的溶胶,其薄膜透过率相对较低,且30天内其膜增透效果随陈化时间的延长逐渐增加.结果表明,超声辅助有助于缩短陈化时间,延缓溶胶的凝胶过程.
