利用热重分析考察了不同升温速率下粘胶纤维的热解特性,结合红外光谱对粘胶纤维热解的不同阶段生成的碳化纤维进行表征,分析了粘胶纤维的热裂解过程,结果表明,粘胶纤维的热解是一个旧键断裂挥发、新键重组的过程.采用4种不同动力学方法(等转化率微分法Friedman法、等转化率积分法Flynn-wall-Ozawa (F-W-O)法、无模式积分法Vyazovkin and Wight (V&W)法以及Kissinger法)估算出热解反应的表观活化能.4种方法显示粘胶纤维的活化能主要在110~144 kJ·mol-1之间.其中后3种方法获得的活化能值很接近,约为140 kJ·mol-1,微分方法Friedman法估算的值较小,为110.3 kJ·mol-1.4种互补的动力学方法估算得到的结果总体相差不大,因此,此结果真实可靠,可为今后粘胶纤维研究提供理论依据.
