某电厂600MW超超临界机组凝汽器不锈钢新管发生腐蚀泄漏.通过宏观形貌检查,金相组织观察,母材材质分析,腐蚀产物检测等手段分析其腐蚀的原因.结果表明,失效不锈钢管是由于外壁受到氯离子污染而发生点蚀穿孔,其氯离子源自包装塑料薄膜.并提出整改建议.

Corrosion failure of new stainless steel tubes of condenser for a 600 MW Supercritical Unit was analysed by means of visual inspection, metallographic examination, chemical tests, and electron microprobe analysis (EPMA) etc. The results showed that the occurrence of perforation corrosion of the stainless steel tube was due to contaminats of chloride ions which dissociated from packaging plastics. On the basis of the results, the suggestion was proposed to avoid the similar corrosion failure.
