Research Progress in Preparation and Photochromism of Tungsten Oxide Thin Frims

过渡金属氧化物WO3因具有优异的光致变色特性而倍受重视.本文介绍了氧化钨薄膜的电致变色机理,综述了氧化钨薄膜的制备方法,总结了纳米氧化钨薄膜光致变色特性的一些实际应用,并对今后的发展方向提出了一些看法.
