针对沸腾情形下毛细微槽群热沉内汽泡对汽液固三相接触线的影响,进行了可视化实验研究。研究结果表明:汽泡动力学行为会直接导致微槽群内三相接触线的形状变化,从而引起蒸发薄液膜的厚度、面积以及汽液界面曲率等对薄液膜的蒸发换热特性有重要影响的物理量的变化。实验证实了在开放式微细尺度槽群结构热沉中,固有弯月面区域里的沸腾与扩展弯月面区域里的薄液膜蒸发存在相互作用,共同对微槽群的强化相变换热特性产生显著影响。
The influence of bubble dynamic behaviors on triple-phase contact line in a capillary microgrooves heat sink is investigated through visualization. The results show that the bubble dynamic behaviors could lead to the changes of the triple-phase contact line shape in the microgrooves and the changes will alter the thickness, area and curvature of liquid surface which are important for evaporating heat transfer characteristics in the evaporating thin film region of the microgrooves. It is confirmed that the boiling in the intrinsic meniscus region and the evaporation in the extended meniscus region effect each other and both of them are significantly contributed to the phase-change heat transfer enhancement in the capillary microgrooves.
