针对中厚板生产中常见的轧件尖角缺陷,分析了该缺陷的形成机理,提出了其预测模型并提供了解决方案,可以为实际生产中该种缺陷的消除提供一定的参考。尖角缺陷主要是由于推床不对中致使展宽阶段轧件产生了角轧作用造成的,它主要形成于展宽阶段,扩大于延伸阶段。提出了该缺陷的人工消除法及推床设定消除法。现场应用表明,推床设定消除缺陷法可以控制93%以上的尖角头尾缺陷在20 mm以内,具有较强的实用价值。

Aiming at the wedge angle disfigurement of plate in rolling process, the forming mechanism of the disfigurement was analyzed, the forecasting model of it was proposed and the resolvent was given, which can offer a certain reference for the elimination of the disfigurement in the plate plant. Wedge angle disfigurement forms due to the misalignment of sideguide which induces the angular rolling in the spread rolling phase, the disfigurement forms in spread rolling phase, and expands in lengthening rolling phase, the manual eliminating method and sideguide setting method of the disfigurement are proposed, the application indicates that the sideguide setting method can control 93 percent of the head and tail wedge angle disfigurement less than 20 mm, which has utility value.
