介绍了马钢95 t转炉冶炼中高碳钢时,应用烟气分析动态控制炼钢技术,制定合适的装入、造渣、供氧制度,优化了造渣过程,提高了脱磷效率。在确保转炉终点w([C])为0.10%~0.16%和终点w(P)≤0.012%时,终点w([C])T命中率从30%以下提高到85%以上,改善了钢水质量,防止喷溅,各类消耗降低,有明显的经济效益。
The application of dynamic control with offgas analysis for making mediumhigh carbon steel on 95 t converter at Ma′anshan is presented. Suitable methods of charging, slagging and blowing were established, the rate of dephosphorization was improved. Accordingly, the rate of CT hitting at blowing end was increased from 30% to 85% for steels with C in the range of 0.10%~0.16% and P less than 0.012%.The steel quality was improved, the rate of slopping was decreased, the cost was reduced.
