介绍了马钢95 t转炉冶炼中高碳钢时,应用烟气分析动态控制炼钢技术,制定合适的装入、造渣、供氧制度,优化了造渣过程,提高了脱磷效率。在确保转炉终点w([C])为0.10%~0.16%和终点w(P)≤0.012%时,终点w([C])T命中率从30%以下提高到85%以上,改善了钢水质量,防止喷溅,各类消耗降低,有明显的经济效益。

The application of dynamic control with offgas analysis for making mediumhigh carbon steel on 95 t converter at Ma′anshan is presented. Suitable methods of charging, slagging and blowing were established, the rate of dephosphorization was improved. Accordingly, the rate of CT hitting at blowing end was increased from 30% to 85% for steels with C in the range of 0.10%~0.16% and P less than 0.012%.The steel quality was improved, the rate of slopping was decreased, the cost was reduced.
