通过静电纺丝法制备出多壁碳纳米管(MWNTs)增强聚乳酸(PLA)复合超细纤维膜。用扫描电镜、透射电镜、差示扫描量热仪、热重分析仪对MWNTs/PLA复合超细纤维进行了表征,并进行了拉伸测试。结果表明,MWNTs分散于PLA纤维中,随着MWNTs含量的增加,纤维平均直径先减小后增大,MWNTs的加入会降低PLA的结晶度,而MWNTs的加入提高了PLA的热解温度。当PLA中MWNTs的用量为m(MWNTs)∶m(PLA)=1.5∶100时,其结晶度最低,但此时MWNTs/PLA复合超细纤维拉伸破坏应力达到最大值。
Multi-walled carbon nanotubes(MWNTs) reinforced poly-L-lactide(PLA) ultrafine composite fibers were prepared by electrospinning.The morphology of the composite ultrafine fibers was investigated by field-emission scanning electron microscopy(FE-SEM) and transmission electron microscopy(TEM).The properties were characterized with differential scanning calorimeter(DSC) and thermal gravity analysis(TG).The mechanical properties of fibers were also tested.The results show that MWNTs have been dispersed in PLA fibers,the diameter of the fibers firstly decreases then increases with the increase of MWNTs content in the fibers.After adding MWNTs into the composite fibers,the crystallization of PLA becomes poor while the initially degraded temperature of PLA becomes increased.When the content of MWNTs is m(MWNTs)∶m(PLA)=1.5∶100,the ultrafine fibers have lowest crystallinity of PLA and the best failure strength.
