采用固相合成法制备了掺杂CuO的（1-x）Ca0．61Nd0．26TiO3＋xNd（Mg1／2Ti1／2）O3微波介质复合陶瓷材料，研究了不同成分复合陶瓷烧结后的密度、微观结构以及介电性能的变化规律。结果表明：随着x值的增大，复合陶瓷的介电常数呈下降趋势，Q·f值逐渐升高，谐振频率温度系数由正变为负，且在0．3〈x〈0．5时可以得到接近于0的谐振频率温度系数；当x=0．5时，可获得微波介电性能最好的复合陶瓷。
CuO-doped （1-x）Ca0.61Nd0.26TiO3＋xNd（Mgl/2Til/2）O3 complex microwave dielectric ceramics were produced using conventional solid-state reaction method. The densities, microstructures and microwave dielectric properties after sintering with different x values of composite ceramics were investigated. Results show that when the x value increased, the dielectric constant decreased, but the Q · f increased, and the temperature coefficient of resonant frequency changed from a positive to a negative value, and near zero τ1 value ceramics could be obtained in the range of x from 0. 3 to 0. 5 ; When x was 0. 5, an optimal dielectric properties of composite ceramics could be obtained.
