对近十几年来Al2O3薄膜在发光方面的研究进展分4个方面进行了介绍:(1)多孔阳极氧化铝薄膜基质的光致发光(PL)及其发光机理研究;(2)退火温度对多孔阳极氧化铝薄膜发光性能的影响;(3)氧化铝薄膜基质中掺杂稀土离子或过渡金属离子后的光致发光研究;(4)Al2O3薄膜的电致发光(EL)研究.此外,还对氧化铝薄膜发光方面的发展前景进行了展望.
