以高密度聚乙烯(HDPE)和乙烯-辛烯共聚物(POE)为基础树脂,氢氧化镁(MH)为阻燃剂,2,5-二甲基-2,5-二叔丁基过氧化已烷(BPDH)为交联剂,甲基乙烯基硅橡胶(MVQ)为阻燃增效剂,制备一种新型复合材料.研究了复合材料的阻燃性能和高温热老化性能,用扫描电镜(SEM)对断面进行了分析.正交实验结果表明,当HDPE和POE质量比为7∶3、加入80份MH、10份MVQ、10份EVA-g-MAH和1.5份BPDH时,材料老化前后具有很好的性能并能通过耐150℃老化实验.
