为发展环境友好高分子材料,制备了聚乙烯醇(PVA)与木质素磺酸钙(HLS)的共混材料,研究了HLS对PVA热性能与力学性能的影响以及甘油对HLS/PVA共混薄膜的增塑改性作用.结果表明,HLS与PVA具有较强的相互作用和较好的相容性,可提高PVA的强度和热稳定性、降低PVA的结晶度,25%(质量分数,下同)HLS可使PVA的拉伸强度和热稳定性分别提高165%和20℃;甘油对HLS/PVA复合膜起增塑作用,使复合膜的玻璃化转变温度、熔点、结晶度和拉伸强度降低,30%甘油增塑HLS/PVA复合膜具有较好的综合性能,热稳定性比PVA高10℃,拉伸强度和断裂伸长率分别为47.62 MPa和621.64%.
