使用造纸污泥为原料、木材纤维为增强材料、酚醛树脂(PF)为胶粘剂,制造木材纤维增强污泥纤维板.木材纤维有2种增强方式,一种是置于污泥纤维板的上下表面,另一种是混合加入污泥纤维板.结果表明,木材纤维置于污泥纤维板上下表面的效果好于木材纤维混合加入污泥纤维板.增强方式及污泥纤维加入量对污泥纤维板的静曲强度(MOR)、弹性模量(MOE)、内结合强度(IB)、沸腾实验后内结合强度(IBb)、24h吸水厚度膨胀率(TS)等各项性能的影响显著.随木纤维量增加,材料的各项性能增强,在分层条件下当木纤维含量达到50%及以上时,各项力学性能才达到国家标准.
