分别对粒径为40nm和65nm的Al2O3-水纳米悬浮液的粘度在不同浓度、温度下进行了实验研究.结果表明,Al2O3-水纳米悬浮液的粘度随浓度的增加而增加,随温度的升高而降低;在相同体积分数下,随颗粒尺寸的减小而增加.当Al2O3纳米颗粒体积分数为0.1%时,粒径为40nm和65nm的Al2O3-水纳米悬浮液的粘度比水分别提高了11.03%和0.83%;当Al2O3纳米颗粒体积分数为0.5%时,粘度比水分别提高了28.28%和17.50%.与粘度理论值比较发现,测量值远大于理论值,且测量值与体积分数呈非线性关系,而理论值与体积分数呈线性关系.
The viscosities of the Al2O3-water nano-suspensions with 40nm and 65nm particle diameters under the conditions of different concentrations and temperatures are experimentally investigated. The results show that the viscosities of the Al2O3-water nano-suspensions increases with increasing concentration, decreases with increasing temperature,while increases with decreasing particle size in the same volume fraction. When approximately 0.1vol% of Al2 O3 nanoparticles are added, the viscosities of the Al2O3-water nano-suspensions with different particle sizes of 40nm and 65nm respectively increase by 11.03 % and 0. 83 % than water, and when the volume fraction of Al2 O3 nanoparticlea are approximately 0. 5vol%, their viscosities increases by 28. 28% and 17. 50% than water. Compared with the theoretic al viscosities, the experimental measurements exceed the theoretical values and show a nonlinear relation with the concentration,while the theoretical values predict a linear relation.
