以大豆油为原料,经环氧化反应、开环反应制备了大豆油基多元醇,并由此大豆油基多元醇与多亚甲基多苯基多异氰酸酯(PAPl27)反应制备了大豆油基聚氨酯泡沫塑料.制备环氧大豆油阶段,采用改进的过氧甲酸原位生成法,在优化条件下制备出环氧值为6.7的环氧大豆油;制备多元醇阶段,以甲醇与水的混合溶液为开环试剂,在氟硼酸催化作用下进行开环反应,制得羟值为409mgKOH/g的大豆油多元醇;由此多元醇合成了大豆油基聚氨酯泡沫塑料,并对此大豆油基聚氨酯泡沫塑料与聚醚型聚氨酯泡沫塑料进行了热重对比分析.实验结果表明:前者在热稳定性方面优于后者,显示出大豆油基多元醇在聚氨酯行业中广阔的应用前景.
