采用非等温差示扫描量热(DSC)对多官能团环氧树脂体系固化反应进行了研究,确定了环氧树脂所用固化剂为甲基纳迪克酸酐(MNA)。对AG-70/MNA/2-乙基-4-甲基咪唑(EMI-2,4)环氧树脂体系在不同升温速率下的固化反应进行测试,根据DSC曲线,用温度-升温速率外推法,求出环氧树脂体系的三个特征温度,温度参数能为制定合适的固化工艺提供指导。采用Kissinger和Crane方程计算了环氧树脂体系的固化动力学参数,建立了基于n级反应理论的动力学模型。对固化度、反应速率与温度、时间的关系曲线进行了分析,得到的结果与实际变化趋势一致。
The curing reaction of multifunctional epoxy resin system was studied by using non-isothermal DSC(differential scanning calorimetry),methyl nadic anhydride(MNA) as curing agent was determined.And then the curing reactivity for a system of AG-70/MNA/2-ethyl-4-methylimidazole(EMI-2,4) was measured at different heating rates.According to the DSC curves,the curing parameters were obtained by using T-β curve extrapolation,the temperature parameters could supply a guidance to the proper curing process.The kinetic parameters of the curing reaction of AG-70 epoxy resin system were calculated by using Kissinger and Crane equation,the kinetic model based on the nth order reaction equation was set up.Finally the curves of degree of cure a vs.temperature and time,rate of reaction dα/dt vs.temperature and time were analyzed respectively,it shows that the calculated data is in good agreement with that theoretically.
