采用X-射线衍射仪和扫描电镜对Ti3AlC2在1000℃时形成表面氧化膜循环氧化及氧化膜中残余应力进行了研究.XRD结果表明Ti3AlC2表面的氧化物由锐钛矿型的TiO2和α-Al2O3组成.表面形貌研究发现表面氧化膜平坦、致密和无微裂纹,金红石型TiO2非连续分布在氧化膜表面,而α-Al2O3则是连续分布在氧化膜的内层,随着循环氧化次数的增加氧化膜颗粒不断长大.在经历5、20和40次循环氧化后,表面氧化膜内的应力分别为-0.82,-0.65和-0.49 GPa.
