利用壳聚糖直接溶于丙烯酸和引发剂最后加入的方法优化了壳聚糖接枝聚合的工艺流程并大幅缩减了合成时间.将丙烯酸(AA)、丙烯酰胺(AAm)两种单体接枝到壳聚糖(CTS)上,合成了具有良好溶胀性能的壳聚糖基水凝胶.讨论了各合成因素对凝胶溶胀性能的影响.结果表明:温度为40℃,CTS用量5.0wt%、AAm用量25wt%、交联剂MBA用量0.1wt%,引发剂用量为1.0wt%、m(AA)/m(CTS)为10、中和度60%,在上述最佳条件下合成的吸水性树脂可以达到最大的溶胀度616g/g.同时对产品的耐盐性进行了测试、对形态学结构进行了观察,结果显示该产品具有良好的耐盐性以及紧凑的网状结构,可能成为一种应用前景良好的吸水材料.
