针对某1420冷连轧机启动轧制过程中张力不稳定并导致启动困难的问题,从工厂实际张力控制系统出发,运用连轧理论建立启动轧制阶段带钢张力变化的机理模型,导出张力静态偏差的表达式。分析了相关工艺因素及控制参素对带钢张力的影响。研究发现,采用单纯比例调节器对张力进行控制易导致张力波动;在不改变控制器类型的前提下,增大张力控制器的比例系数、减小S1机架的蠕动速度、减小各机架的轧制力,可以提高带钢张力的稳定性。研究结果作为技术对策已用于对某1420冷连轧机组启动轧制过程的优化调整,取得了很好的效果。
To solve both the problems of unstable tension and difficult start in threadingin process on 1420 tandem cold mill, a model of strip tension fluctuation in threadingin process was built,with a formula of static deviation of strip tension. The factors influencing on strip tension were analyzed according to tension control and continuous rolling theories. The results indicate that using Pcontroller to adjust tension could make tension fluctuate; the tension stability and quality of tension creation could be improved by increasing proportion coefficient of controller,reducing presetting velocity on stand No1 and rolling force on each stand.The model was applied in tension optimization in threadingin process of 1420 tandem cold mill, with satisfactory results.
