针对汽车大梁钢在焊接成型和冲压成型两种不同成型方式下所产生的裂纹进行分析,通过对裂纹部位进行化学成分、低倍、高倍分析,找出两种裂纹各自形成原因,制定相应的预防和改进措施,指导客户对大梁辅材与焊丝的材质选型及焊接工艺进行改进,并进行疲劳性能匹配试验,使大梁钢焊接裂纹得到有效控制与消除。

It aims to analyze the cracks by two different kinds of auto girder molding, welding molding and extrusion moulding. Causes for two kinds of cracks were found out using chemical composition, low and high microscope. Then prevention and improvement measures were made to guide customers to improve the material selection of beam and welding wire, as well as the welding technology. And fatigue property match was made so that the beam welding crack could be controlled and eliminated efficienly.
