研究了湿法合成对香丹和磷酸氢钙的影响,以及温度和香丹添加量对磷酸氢钙载药量的影响.结果表明,湿法合成对香丹和磷酸钙氢钙均无明显影响,温度对香丹载入量影响较小,香丹载入量与合成体系中香丹添加量成正比.通过湿法合成制备载不同浓度香丹磷酸氢钙具有可行性.
