用Padday锥法对含TiO_2炉渣表面张力进行了测定,研究了炉渣离子团结构变化对表面张力的影响。结果表明,Padday锥法测定精度较高,重现性好。利用推导的含TiO_2炉渣离子团结构模型可以得到表面张力与离子团结构参数间的关系。所得结果既可以分析各组元对含TiO_2炉渣表面张力的作用,又可以对该渣系表面张力进行计算。
The high precision and good repeatability were carried out by the Padday cone method to determine the surface tension of the titaniferous slag foaming intensely towards high temperature. An ion-cluster structure model was deduced. The surface tension seems to be correlated with the parameters which are calculated from the model of titaniferous slag. The results may be used both to discuss the difference among the components and to predict the surface tension of the system.
