采用错流过滤技术对平均孔径为0.2 μm氧化铝膜进行孔缺陷修复,着重研究修复时间对多孔陶瓷膜渗透通量和孔缺陷的影响.研究结果表明:控制膜面流速和跨膜压差分别为1 m/s和0.1 MPa时,随着修复时间的增加,膜厚增加,修复率提高;当修复时间为12 min,大量实验结果统计表明其修复率达90%.此外,经12 min修复氧化铝膜上制备的氧化锆超滤膜的截留分子量为22 kDa,而在未修复氧化铝膜上制备的氧化锆超滤膜对混合分子量葡聚糖的截留率未达到90%,由此可见修复有利于提高氧化锆超滤膜的完整性.
