通过金相检验、大样电解和扫描电镜等分析方法，研究了16MnR钢铸坯中的夹杂物分布、形状、尺寸以及类型等。并且根据实验结果得出了铸坯夹杂物的主要来源以及解决措施。
With the help of metallographic observation，big sample electrolysis，SEM and so on, inclusion type, shape, dimension and distribution of slab of 16MnR steel were studied. Based on the experimental results finding out the origin and solving measures to remove inclusions.
