通过对ER7车轮钢断裂韧性试验的分析总结得出：ER7车轮钢的KQ值较高时，试验结果会受到试验参数设置的影响，具有不确定性，断口上也会出现明显的塑性变形带，晶粒细化、均匀，先析出铁素体均匀分布于珠光体周围是提高车轮钢KQ值的关健。
Fracture toughness test of ER7 steel was analysed and studied .The results show that KQ factor is influenced by test parameter setting when KQ factor is bigger.So the test results show uncertainty and plastic deformation band is obviously appeared.It is important to improve KQ factor that there is fine and homogenous grain size and an amount of ferrite at the grain boundaries.
