为了解决实际工况中304不锈钢出现的锈蚀问题,对304不锈钢作喷丸处理,并以1∶10硝酸进行钝化.对喷丸和未喷丸的304不锈钢的化学成分和金相组织进行了分析,确认其符合相关标准.对喷丸和未喷丸的304不锈钢进行了200 h的盐雾试验,并对两者经硝酸钝化后进行72 h盐雾试验测试.结果表明:喷丸处理后的304不锈钢锈蚀严重,色差变化明显,说明喷丸处理破坏了其表面的钝化膜;硝酸钝化处理可显著提高304不锈钢的耐锈蚀性能.
In order to solve the rust problem of 304 stainless steel in the actual working condition,304 stainless steel was treated by shot blast first and followed by nitric acid passivation (1 ∶ 10).Chemical composition and metallographic structure of the steel with and without shot blasting were analyzed to ensure that the structure accorded with the related standard.Then,neutral salt spray test was performed for 200 h for the steel samples.Results showed that rust appeared on the samples with shot blasting and chromatic aberration changed remarkably,while the samples without spot blasting did not have the rust,indicating the passive film of the stainless steel was damaged during shot blasting.Besides,passivation treatment was performed for the samples in nitric acid,which improved their corrosion resistance significantly.
