对大规格SWRH82B高碳钢盘条自然时效后的力学性能变化规律进行了较为系统的研究;借助OM、SEM、EDS和XRD等对其显微组织、夹杂物成分与分布、宏观与微观断口形貌、物相结构和残余应力等进行测试与分析。结果表明,82B盘条的断面收缩率随时效时间延长明显升高。满足盘条力学性能所需的时效时间与初始性能和环境温度有关;盘条中的夹杂物分布不均,且存在尺寸较大的复合脆性夹杂物,导致出现“黑心+白点”特征的断口形貌;时效后残余应力的释放和晶格畸变的减小是引起盘条断面收缩率提高的主要原因。
The mechanical properties of large-size 82B high carbon steel wire rod were systemically investigated after natural aging. The microstructure, composition and distribution of inclusions, macro- and micro-fracture morphology, phase structure and residual stress of 82B wire rod were measured and analyzed by means of OM, SEM, EDS and XRD. The results show that area reduction ratio of 82B wire rod increases significantly with the aging time. Aging time required to meet the mechanical properties of 82B wire rod is related to its primary properties and environmental temperature. The distribution of the inclusions is not uniform in 82B wire rod. The fracture morphology of “black core + white point” were found because of existence of larger-size composite brittle inclusions. The release of residual stresses and decrease of lattice distortion are the main reasons for causing the area reduction ratio to improve.
