以γ-缩水甘油醚氧丙基三甲氧基硅烷(GPTMS)和甲基三甲氧基硅烷(MTMS)为前驱体,在酸性条件下共水解改性硅铝复合溶胶,加入胺类固化剂,制备了可常温固化的有机-无机杂化聚硅氧烷涂料.利用红外光谱(FT-IR)、热重-差热分析(TG-DTA)、扫描电镜(SEM)、接触角测试仪等考察了涂层的结构和性能.结果表明:四乙烯五胺(TEPA)加入量为涂料总质量的0.5%时,常温下固化7d,所得涂层的耐冲击性、附着力等性能较为优异,与热固化涂层性能接近.
With GPTMS and MTMS as the precursor and silica-alumina composite sol modified under acidic conditions,the organic-inorganic hybrid polysiloxane coatings were prepared at the presence of amine curing agent.The structure and properties of the coatings were investigated by FT-IR,TG-DTA,SEM and contact angle tester.The results indicated that the coatings comprising TEPA 0.5 wt% cured for 7 days at room temperature exhibited excellent hardness,impact strength,contact angle,adhesion and corrosion resistance.
