选用不饱和聚酯树脂(UPR)为聚合反应单体,以聚乙烯醇(PVA)为分散剂,进行悬浮聚合反应.与目前普遍选用的以苯乙烯为反应单体的悬浮聚合反应相比,改进后的实验反应时间短,聚合物颗粒分布均匀,实验成功率高,节约了实验成本,极大地调动了学生做实验的积极性.可代替原有的悬浮聚合反应实验,作为大学高分子化学实验的教学课程内容.
An improved suspension polymerization was carried out by using unsaturated polyester resin as monomer instead of styrene in the common used method. Suitable polyvinyl alcohol product was chosen as dispersant agent. The improved method has much more advantages compared with the common used method, such as the reaction time is less,the product has more average size of particles, the experiment succeeds in 100% and the cost is saved. Students show their very interest in this experiment. The good effect indicates that the improved experimental design can be used as the content of "polymer chemistry experiment for undergraduate students".
