采用背散射电子衍射(EBSD)分析方法,研究了退火温度和时间对新型超低碳烘烤硬化钢再结晶织构的影响。分析了取向差、极图、取向分布函数和fiber线等实验数据。研究结果表明:在再结晶完成的条件下,延长退火加热时间和提高退火温度,会降低BH钢的{111}面织构的取向密度,并会增加{100}面织构的取向密度。
By the means of Electron Back-Scatter Diffraction(EBSD), the effects of annealing temperature and time on recrystallization texture of extra-low carbon BH steel were investigated. misorientation angle, pole figure, orientation distribution functions and oriented fiber were analysesed. Results show that with the increasing of quenching time and temperature after recrystallization finished, the orientation density of {111} texture drops and the density of {100}texture become stronger.
