为测试热压型煤网带链接处连接轴与轴孔在高温负载范围能否失效,研制了简单的阻隔高温传热装置。把该装置安装在Instrson5500R电子万能材料试验机上；高温拉伸试验证明了该装置起到了隔热作用，完成了链条测试试验。
In order to test the deformation behavior of connecting shaft and shaft hole of chain components for briquette hotpresser , a thermal shielding from high temperature was developed. By fixing the device on Instrson5500R electron universal testing machine,the tensile test at elevated temperature shows that the device has a proper thermal shield property , and the chain test was completed.
