对LD10铝合金棒料进行车削力测试,并建立了车削过程的有限元模型,通过回归分析获得了试验铝合金的车削力模型,分析了车削深度、进给量和车削速度对车削力的影响。结果表明:试验及有限元模拟结果的精度均满足工程应用的要求,两者吻合较好;车削力模型的预测值具有较高的准确性,可以用于相应的理论及工程应用。

The turning force testing for LDIO aluminum alloy bar was performed, the finite element model during turning was built, and the turning force model of the tested aluminum alloy was obtain by regression analysis. The effects of cutting depth, feed and cutting speed on cutting force were studied. The study show that the accuracy of the results for test and finite element simulation could meet the engineering application requirements, they had good agreement, and the predicted value of the turning force had higher accuracy and could be used to the next according theory and engineering application
