以正硅酸乙酯(TEOS)为原料在片状铝粉表面包覆SiO2, 通过扫描电镜(SEM)和X射线光电子能谱仪(XPS)对包覆的铝粉进行表征, 并研究了包覆铝粉对锌铝混合粉的析氢行为的影响.结果表明: SiO2包覆铝粉后可以有效地抑制锌铝混合粉的析氢, 包覆工艺最佳水硅比为10:1; SiO2膜与Al粉间存在Si-O-Al的化学键作用.

In order to inhibit the hydrogen evolution of powder mixture of Zn and Al in waterborne environment due to galvanic corrosion,  in this paper,  the flake Al powder was coated  by SiO2 to decrease the contact possibilty of Al particles with Zn particles,  so that to suppress the galvanic corrosion between them. SEM and XPS were used to characterize the SiO2 coated Al powder. The hydrogen evolution of the powder mixture of SiO2 coated Al and Zn was investigated. The results showed that hydrogen evolution of the mixture of flake Zn and Al powder was efficiently inhibited by replacing Al by SiO2 coated Al, the optimum n(H2O)/n(SiO2) was 10 for preparation of the SiO2 coated Al. There existed chemical bond of Al-O-Si between Al surface and SiO2 film.
