在升温速率分别为5、10、15 K.min-1的条件下,采用综合热分析仪,对含钛高炉渣中的TiO2还原动力学进行研究,分别采用Starink法和Bosswell法计算TiO2还原反应的活化能,并探讨了氩气氛中含钛高炉渣中的TiO2的还原机理。结果表明:渣中TiO2的还原分两阶段进行,反应活化能分别为619.86~624.374 kJ.mol-1和423.308~436.723 kJ.mol-1;两阶段的反应机理分别符合Aevrami-Erofeev方程和一维相界反应机理函数。
The reduction mechanism of TiO2 in blast furnace slag was investigated at heating rate of 5,10 and 15K·min-1 using a simultaneous thermalgravimetric analyzer.The activation energy of the reaction was calculated by Starink equation and Bosswell equation and the reduction mechanism of TiO2 in slag under Ar atmosphere was discussed.The results show that the reduction of TiO2 includes two steps with the activation energy of 619.86-624.374kJ·mol-1 and 423.308-436.723kJ·mol-1,whose mechanism accords with Aevrami-Erofeevfor equation and one-dimensional interface reaction model respectively.
