对溶聚丁苯橡胶,依据GB/T 28728-2012进行了结合苯乙烯含量均匀性和稳定性检验.方差统计结果表明,溶聚丁苯橡胶结合苯乙烯含量均匀性检验的统计量F值为1.98,小于临界值2.31,说明结合苯乙烯含量均匀.样品经过1年的稳定性考察,t统计值小于tα(n-1)临界值4.30,说明该样品结合苯乙烯含量1年内没有明显变化,样品稳定,满足标准物质研制的要求.
The uniformity on bound styrene content of SSBR was tested under national standard method.The results of variance indicated that statistic value F of the uniformity on bound styrene content was 1.98,lower than that critical value Fα2.31,it showed that the bound styrene content of SSBR sample was uniformity.The statistic value of stability investigation of sample during one year was lower than critical value 4.30 and the bound styrene content hadn't changed significantly during this one year,it showed the sample was stable.Therefore,the uniformity and stability on bound styrene content of the batch sample was able to meet the requirements of research on bound styrene content reference materials.
