采用基于微流体数字化技术的微纳米干粉体脉冲喷射燃烧法制备了Y2O3:Eu3+发光材料芯片,用紫外分析仪和荧光光谱仪对材料芯片进行了分析和表征.与组合液滴喷射法的间接作业不同,微纳米干粉体脉冲喷射燃烧法直接喷射原材料粉体进行材料芯片制备作业,无需配制溶液或悬浮液,简化了制备工艺流程、提高了材料芯片制备效率.
