以工业级Si_3N_4粉、FeSi75合金粉、Al_2O_3微粉、SiC颗粒等为原料,在最终温度1450 ℃下保温3 h,氮化反应烧成制备了Sialon-Si_3N_4-SiC复相耐磨材料.采用XRD、SEM等方法分析研究了外加FeSi75合金粉在0%~20%(质量分数, 下同)范围内的不同加入量对制得的复相耐磨材料性能和液固两相流冲蚀磨损的影响.结果表明:当外加FeSi75合金粉达到20%时,试样的体积密度为2.54 g/cm~3,抗弯强度达到71.38 MPa.随着FeSi75合金粉的增加,其耐液固两相流冲蚀磨损性能得到改善,加入20%FeSi75合金粉的试样,在相同实验条件下具有比95 Al_2O_3瓷更优的耐液固两相流冲蚀磨损的性能.
Sialon-Si_3N_4-SiC composites was prepared using industrial Si_3N_4 powder, FeSi75 powder, Al_2O_3 powder and SiC particles as raw materials sintered at 1450 ℃ for 3 h in nitrogen atmosphere. The effects of FeSi75 addition from 0wt%~20wt% on liquid-solid flow erosion-wear resistance of the composites were investigated by SEM and XRD. Results showed that the sample has a bulk density of 2.54 g/cm~3 and flexural strength of 71.38 MPa when the addition content of FeSi75 was up to 20wt%. The liquid-solid flow erosion-wear resistance of the composite materials was improved with the increase of FeSi75 alloy powder addition. It has a better liquid-solid flow erosion-wear resistance when the addition content of FeSi75 was up to 20wt% than that of 95 alumina ceramics under the same experiment conditions.
