用纳米压痕法对受不同程度拉伸变形后的电沉积镍镀层试样的硬度、弹性模量和蠕变性能进行了研究.结果表明:随着变形量从零增加到28.3%,镍镀层的硬度及其弹性模量都有明显降低,硬度从9.37 GPa下降到6.13 GPa,弹性模量从242.51 GPa下降到116.23 GPa;而蠕变位移随变形量的增加而增加,从未拉伸试样的1.25 mm增加到伸长率为28.3%试样的4.52 mm.
