不同程度量化水淬可在35CrMo钢中得到粗板条状马氏体、细板条状马氏体、针状马氏体、隐针马氏体组织或与残余奥氏体复合的不同组织,也可以通过量化水淬来调整钢的硬化层、表面硬度、性能指标、淬火变形量,从而既能满足性能要求又能严格控制热处理变形,并且对降低生产成本效果显著。

Different degree quantitative water quenching in 35CrMo slats martensite, needle shaped Martensite, and retained Austenite. steel may have coarse lath of Martensite, fine And steel hardening layer, surface hardness, performance indicators and quenching deformation volume can also be adjusted by quantitative water quenching so that it can also meet performance requirements and strictly control heat treatment deformation~ and have significant effect on reducing production cost.
