轴承钢的生产工艺普遍采取无钙处理,但是无钙处理工艺在连铸浇铸过程中容易导致水口结瘤,从而造成水口更换频繁、烧眼等现象。通过转炉高拉碳技术、LF 炉快速造白渣技术、LF 炉吹氩-通电智能控制技术、VD 分阶段吹氩控制技术以及无钙处理精炼渣系的开发与应用,实现了钢水连拉炉数达到38炉,同时无水口结瘤现象,避免了钢水流动性不好造成的非计划换水口。
Bearing steel production process is generally adopted with no calcium treatment.But under the no calcium process of the continuous casting process,the nozzle is easy to be nodular which leads to phenomenon such as fre-quent changing of nozzle and nozzle burning.Through the converter high pull carbon technology,LF furnace rapid made white slag technology,LF furnace blowing argon on intelligent control technology,VD phases argon control technology,and no calcium treatment refining slag system,this article focuses on the development and application of molten steel even pull furnace number thirty-eight furnace,no nodules cause a poor liquidity of molten steel in the nozzle and changing nozzle out of plan.
